Clutch is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence and growth. You'll collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and business teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. You have a proven track record in project management, with experience leading large, complex initiatives that require collaboration across multiple teams. You understand the importance of operational excellence and have a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement. Your ability to structure work and deliver results in a fast-paced environment sets you apart. You are detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively partner with operations, engineering, and business teams.
Experience in the automotive or e-commerce sectors would be a plus, as would familiarity with agile methodologies. You are comfortable using project management tools and have a strategic mindset that allows you to see the bigger picture while managing the details.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of complex projects, ensuring that all phases from planning through execution and delivery are handled efficiently. You will collaborate closely with various teams to understand workflows and pain points, driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include structuring project work, setting timelines, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be responsible for tracking project progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
Clutch offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 annually, along with health and dental benefits.
