What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to closing offers. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. You will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, helping to position Doctrine as an attractive workplace for top talent. You will analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance the candidate experience. Additionally, you will participate in job fairs and networking events to promote Doctrine and attract potential candidates.
