Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales management, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to develop business plans and exceed sales goals has been demonstrated through your previous roles. You understand the importance of coordinating with marketing departments to generate leads and drive sales growth. You are skilled in monitoring employee productivity and motivating your team to achieve their targets, ensuring high morale and performance. Your experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, allows you to maintain accurate records and optimize sales processes effectively. You are passionate about recruiting, hiring, and developing a high-performing sales team that focuses on inbound sales and growth of existing accounts.
