What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the organization’s HR data, including headcount forecasting and movements. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity through cleanup and maintenance processes. Analyzing HR metrics and trends using Excel and Power BI will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to identify root causes impacting performance and provide valuable insights. You will also design periodic executive reports and presentations to communicate data effectively to key stakeholders. Your role will involve process improvement design to enhance operational efficiency across HR and business operations.
