Carvana is seeking an Automotive Painter for their 2nd shift operations in Delanco, NJ. You'll be responsible for matching and mixing paint colors using water-based paint in a high-tech environment. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your ability to match and mix paint colors accurately. You are skilled in using water-based paint and are familiar with the tools and techniques required for high-quality automotive finishes. You thrive in a team environment and are committed to delivering exceptional results while adhering to safety standards. Your attention to detail ensures that every vehicle you paint meets the high standards expected by Carvana and its customers.
Experience with advanced painting techniques or certifications in automotive painting would be a plus. Familiarity with the latest tools and technologies in automotive painting can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
As an Automotive Painter at Carvana, you will work in one of our state-of-the-art Inspection Centers, utilizing advanced tools to paint vehicles to perfection. Your primary responsibility will be to match and mix paint colors, ensuring that each vehicle is painted according to specifications. You will work within our paint booths, maintaining a clean and organized workspace while following all safety protocols. You will also collaborate with other team members to ensure that vehicles are completed on time and meet quality standards. In addition, you may be required to work mandatory overtime based on business needs, demonstrating your commitment to the team's success and customer satisfaction.
