You have 15 years of experience in sales leadership and general management, particularly within the technology, advertising, or Internet industries. Your background includes driving revenue performance and growing businesses in Poland, showcasing your ability to navigate complex market dynamics. You possess strong people management skills and excel in cross-functional leadership, effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders including business leaders, community organizations, and government entities. Fluency in both Polish and English is essential for communicating with Polish-speaking customers and stakeholders.
Your experience as a regional or country manager has equipped you with the skills necessary for cross-cultural and multi-market leadership. You are adept at leading executive-level customer conversations, translating complex AI capabilities into tangible business value and long-term ROI. You have a proven track record of setting business plans and sales strategies, taking ownership of driving commercial activities, and prioritizing effectively in a fast-growing business environment.
As the Country Director, you will work closely with customers and market influencers to establish long-term visions for advertisers, publishers, and partners. You will partner with the Sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and oversee the day-to-day operations of the country. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams, bringing together various departments around an integrated plan for Google’s success in the Polish market. You will establish strong relationships with senior-level individuals in the advertising ecosystem, ensuring that you meet and exceed the country’s business goals.
