Overview

Leaseweb is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound sales activities and support sales campaigns. This role requires a strong interest in the IT industry and the ability to build relationships with customers.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a recent college or university graduate eager to start a career in IT sales, or you have begun your career in Sales with a proven ability to convert leads into deals. You hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent work experience, demonstrating a strong interest in the IT industry, with experience in IT being a plus. You are naturally skilled at building and maintaining relationships with potential and new customers, showcasing your ability to engage effectively with clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage inbound sales activities, following up on leads generated through various channels such as marketing, chat, email, customer service, and sales support. You will pre-qualify leads and perform tasks such as IP, HDD, and bandwidth upgrades, ensuring that you are well-prepared to support sales campaigns initiated by the Business Development and Marketing teams. Your responsibilities will also include closing sales and achieving quarterly targets, which will contribute to the overall growth of Leaseweb. Additionally, you will maintain accurate data in our ERP system (SAP), including preparing and modifying customer quotations to ensure that all information is up-to-date and accessible.
