Chime is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to perform strategic analyses and build key business metrics. You'll work closely with various teams to understand member interactions and financial KPIs. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools.
You have 5+ years of experience as a data analyst, with a strong background in building and analyzing business metrics. You are skilled in SQL and have experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI. You understand the importance of financial KPIs and unit economics, and you can communicate complex data insights to stakeholders effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with finance, product, and marketing teams to drive data-informed decisions. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for uncovering trends and insights that can impact business strategy. You are comfortable navigating an evolving economic landscape and can adapt your analyses to reflect changing conditions.
In this role, you will own the development and analysis of key business metrics that will be utilized by various analytics teams and stakeholders across the company. You will keep a pulse on financial KPIs and unit economics, ensuring that you are aware of changes in Chime’s key financial and business performance metrics. You will be responsible for conducting deep dive analyses on trends, helping to explain why metrics move and why it matters to the business. You will partner with organizational leaders to provide insights that drive strategic decisions. Your work will involve collaborating with teams across finance, product, operations, and member experience to ensure that data is being used effectively to understand member interactions with Chime. You will also be expected to communicate your findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring that everyone understands the implications of the data.
Chime offers a competitive salary starting at $140,670 and going up to $195,400, depending on your experience and location. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus and a competitive equity package, along with comprehensive benefits.
