Who you are

You have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in food manufacturing environments. Your expertise in automation and food manufacturing equipment allows you to proactively identify areas for improvement and standardization. You are skilled in leading high-impact engineering projects that focus on efficiency, cost reduction, and product quality improvements. You have experience collaborating with vendors and training team members to maintain optimal production standards. Your analytical skills enable you to conduct root cause analysis and data analysis to propose actionable engineering solutions. You are comfortable authoring and updating SOPs and submitting regulatory documentation.

Desirable

Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory compliance in food manufacturing will enhance your candidacy. You are a team player who enjoys working in a global, international environment and are open to occasional travel.

What you'll do

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at HelloFresh, you will lead engineering projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring that production lines run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for maximizing equipment uptime and selecting state-of-the-art machinery for our production facility. Your role will involve coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and collaborating with vendors for equipment installation and maintenance. You will analyze and present project findings, proposing actionable solutions based on process and equipment benchmarking. You will also be involved in training team members to uphold production standards and improve safety protocols.
