What you'll do

As the Solutions Manager for the EMEA region at Dropbox, you will be responsible for managing and scaling a world-class technical solutions team. Your primary mission will be to execute the regional strategy in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams, driving revenue growth through effective technical support. You will work closely with the global Solutions organization to ensure alignment and to channel customer feedback into product development.

You will act as a subject matter expert on Dropbox products, leveraging your technical expertise to guide your team and customers through complex integrations and solutions. Your role will involve introducing and supporting the adoption of new product offerings in the EMEA market, with a strong focus on AI and security solutions. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to ensure technical alignment across the customer journey, from pre-sales to post-sales.

Operational efficiency will be a key focus, as you ensure that all sales engagements receive the necessary technical support to succeed. You will represent customer feedback and market needs back to Product and global leadership, influencing the roadmap and strategic direction of the organization. Your ability to manage escalations and provide solutions will be critical in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving business success.
