Who you are

You have a proven track record in leading professional services teams, ideally within a technology or data-driven environment. Your experience spans over 10 years, where you've successfully built and scaled teams that deliver exceptional customer value through technical solutions. You possess a deep understanding of the data landscape and the challenges organizations face in managing and utilizing their data effectively. Your leadership style is collaborative and customer-focused, ensuring that your team is aligned with the needs of clients while driving innovation in service delivery.

You are adept at developing strategic initiatives that enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback allows you to adapt and evolve services to meet changing demands. You thrive in environments where you can mentor and develop talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within your team.

Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are comfortable engaging with C-level executives and have experience in managing relationships with key clients. You understand the importance of building trust and credibility in professional services, and you work diligently to ensure that your team delivers on promises.

Desirable

What you'll do

As the VP of Professional Services at Atlan, you will be responsible for building and leading a world-class solutions delivery function.
