You have over 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in technology and supply chain domains — you've successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that align with business objectives. You possess a strong understanding of supply chain technologies and have a customer-focused approach that drives your work.

You are adept at collaborating with various stakeholders, including operations, finance, and legal teams — your ability to communicate effectively ensures that everyone is aligned with the product vision. You thrive in environments where you can define and deliver comprehensive product requirements, and you have a proven track record of leveraging existing solutions to meet new challenges.

Your experience with global fulfillment strategies is extensive — you understand the nuances of different markets and can tailor solutions to meet unique business goals. You are passionate about closing the digital divide and are excited about the opportunity to work on a project that has a significant social impact.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions that optimize inventory management and global network architecture for Amazon Leo. You will collaborate with global and regional teams to develop fulfillment strategies that align with the unique business goals of the Leo initiative. Your responsibilities will include defining and delivering product requirements that address mid and last-mile supply chain needs, ensuring that solutions are scalable and effective.

You will partner with technical teams across Leo and Amazon to drive product development from design through to release — your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that products meet the high standards expected by our customers. You will also be responsible for analyzing performance metrics and making recommendations for improvements based on your findings.

Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and strategy — you will facilitate discussions that help clarify requirements and drive consensus. You will also engage in user research to understand customer needs and pain points, using this information to inform product decisions.
