Nebius AI is seeking an RMA & Asset Management Specialist to oversee IT asset lifecycle processes within their data centers. You'll manage RMA workflows and support operational processes related to asset management. This role requires attention to detail and experience in asset management.
You have a detail-oriented mindset and experience in asset management, particularly in overseeing IT asset lifecycle processes. You understand the importance of following up with stakeholders to ensure RMA cases are supported within SLAs. Your analytical skills allow you to build dashboards, report on progress, and identify gaps to improve and continuously optimize processes. You are familiar with monitoring insurance cases and preparing clear summaries, ensuring that all relevant information is collected and understood. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to support and improve asset management activities within a data center IT infrastructure department.
In this role, you will oversee the full RMA workflow, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for following up with various stakeholders to ensure that RMA cases are handled within the established service level agreements. Your role will involve building dashboards that provide insights into the asset management process, allowing for continuous improvement and optimization. You will closely monitor insurance cases, preparing clear summaries that help in understanding the status and requirements of each case. Additionally, you will support related operational processes such as procurement, spare-parts management, and asset disposal, playing a key role in the overall asset management strategy of the organization.
