You have 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, with a strong background in troubleshooting complex control systems and optimizing operational performance. Your expertise in SCADA systems and material handling equipment (MHE) is complemented by your ability to analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You enjoy mentoring junior engineers and leading cross-functional teams to implement innovative projects that enhance site throughput.
You are adept at working with state-of-the-art technology, including conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, and print and apply systems. Your technical leadership is evident in your ability to develop system design improvements that directly contribute to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to building team capabilities while ensuring that equipment reliability is maximized.
Experience with robotics and advanced automation technologies is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies will enhance your ability to drive performance improvements.
