What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with business leaders to co-create people-centric solutions that support OKX's vision of Building the Future, Together. You will coach and mentor leaders on team development and performance management, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to address both short-term operational needs and long-term strategic goals. You will also play a key role in driving initiatives that promote an inclusive workplace culture, ensuring that all employees feel valued and empowered. Your insights will help shape HR policies and practices that support the overall business strategy and enhance employee experience.
