Key job responsibilities
An effective QC Launch Manager is committed to driving operational excellence by focusing on five strategic areas: (1) Launch Readiness, (2) Stakeholder Management, (3) Operational Validation, (4) Process Implementation, and (5) Site Excellence. By concentrating on these areas, the Launch Manager will contribute to the successful scaling of our quick commerce network through:

• Managing multiple concurrent site launches, effectively tracking progress against critical milestones and communicating operational readiness to leadership through clear, actionable metrics.

• Partnering with operations teams to optimize launch procedures and training protocols while ensuring comprehensive testing and validation of all operational systems prior to launch.

A day in the life

You'll analyze launch metrics to identify potential risks, make key decisions to resolve operational challenges, and coordinate cross-functional solutions. Time is spent conducting virtual or on-site readiness walks, ensuring launch documentation is complete, and developing standardized processes to improve future launches. When on-site for launches, you'll perform hands-on operational validation, support site leadership teams through Day 1 operations, and ensure all launch protocols are properly executed. Your role is to keep all operational elements synchronized, driving successful site launches efficiently.
