You have a strong background in sales strategy and operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You excel at analytical thinking and have a proven track record of improving operational efficiency. Your ability to work cross-functionally with sales leadership, partner managers, and marketing teams sets you apart. You are comfortable generating reports and analyses that provide insights for decision-making. You understand the importance of resource allocation and process improvement in driving business success. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on strategic priorities. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the growth of the partner ecosystem.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and planning for Elastic's Americas and U.S. Public Sector business. You will analyze key business decisions related to partner go-to-market strategies and develop performance metrics and dashboards to track partner success. You will work closely with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement processes that enhance operational efficiency. Your role will involve generating detailed reports that provide insights into partner performance and resource allocation. You will collaborate with various teams, including finance and operations, to ensure alignment on strategic priorities. You will also be tasked with scaling the operations of Elastic’s partner business by providing the necessary systems and processes to support growth. Your analytical skills will be crucial in defining and executing key strategic initiatives that drive partner success.
