Xometry is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with leadership on strategic talent initiatives. You'll develop HR programs focused on employee engagement and performance coaching. This role requires extensive experience in HR practices and a strong understanding of organizational dynamics.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in human resources, particularly in a business partner role, where you've successfully collaborated with leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives. Your expertise includes developing high-performance people programs that enhance employee engagement and managerial effectiveness. You understand the importance of data-driven insights in shaping HR strategies and are adept at leveraging feedback to improve organizational health.

You possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to guide employees and managers through various HR processes, including performance coaching and employee relations. Your ability to identify top talent and support succession planning is a key strength, as is your experience in designing retention strategies that align with organizational goals. You are proactive in recognizing employee engagement opportunities and creating frameworks that foster a positive workplace culture.

Your background includes experience in organizational design, where you've provided insight and guidance on structuring departments to optimize performance. You are comfortable navigating complex HR challenges and are skilled at escalating risks and trends to leadership when necessary. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with people managers to develop their teams.

Desirable

Experience in a high-growth or dynamic organization is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketplaces or manufacturing industries. You may also have knowledge of HR technology tools that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in HR operations.
