You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your expertise in the field. Your skills include advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, and the ability to repair creases and body lines on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality repairs that meet industry standards.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of the tools and techniques necessary for effective dent repair. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to assess damage accurately and determine the best repair methods. You are a team player who values collaboration and communication with colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow.
