You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in go-to-market strategies and partner ecosystems. You excel in strategic planning and have a knack for optimizing processes to enhance performance across teams. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the annual and quarterly go-to-market priorities for the Americas Partner organization. You will conduct regular reviews of the partner portfolio, identifying whitespace opportunities and investment priorities. Your role will involve creating and managing systems that facilitate effective communication and collaboration among sales, marketing, and solutions teams. You will act as an architect and orchestrator, ensuring that the partnership organization executes with precision. You will also be tasked with developing incentive programs that align with business objectives and drive partner performance. Regularly assessing the effectiveness of partnerships and making recommendations for remediation or sunset will be key to your success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that partner strategies are effectively implemented and that all stakeholders are aligned on goals and expectations.
