As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will be responsible for building relationships and understanding client needs to provide tailored solutions. Your role will involve a hybrid sales environment, where you will work both from a home office and in the field. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed. You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions and bonuses based on your performance, with on-target earnings projected to increase in your second year. You will also benefit from recognition and incentives, including the chance to participate in our annual President’s Club Trip.
