Doctolib is seeking an Entry-Level Legal Counsel to support business transactions and digital law. You'll work closely with the legal team on contract law and data privacy. This role requires a background in business law and a keen interest in digital technologies.
You are a recent graduate or have completed a higher education in Business Law, ideally with a specialization in Digital Law and Personal Data. You possess strong writing skills and organizational abilities, demonstrating a rigorous approach to your work. Your analytical mindset allows you to synthesize complex information effectively, and you are proactive in your initiatives. You are fluent in English, which enables you to communicate effectively in an international environment.
In this role, you will join a growing company and engage in various legal tasks related to contract law and digital law. You will collaborate daily with the Business Transactions legal team in France, assisting in the development and sustainability of Doctolib's activities. Your responsibilities will include supporting commercial and marketing teams in digitalization projects, particularly in contract law and data privacy. You will also assist clients and partners in their e-health projects, review and monitor contracts, and analyze commercial disputes. Additionally, you will draft notes and memos on various topics and conduct legislative and case law monitoring in contract law, new technologies, and personal data.
