Overview

OpenSpace is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to operationalize their go-to-market strategy. You'll lead the Sales Ops team and oversee the Deal Desk function, ensuring alignment with Finance and Legal. This role requires 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, preferably in SaaS.

Job Description

Who you are

You have over 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM program leadership roles, with a proven track record of scaling RevOps capabilities. You possess at least 2 years of people management experience, demonstrating your ability to mentor and grow direct reports while fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence. Your background in SaaS is preferred, and you understand the intricacies of B2B or construction tech environments. You are a hands-on leader who thrives in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring operational consistency as the business scales.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Sales Ops team, focusing on territory planning, sales compensation, KPI dashboards, and process optimization. You will oversee the Deal Desk function to enhance deal velocity, contract rigor, and alignment with Finance and Legal departments. You will coordinate with the Salesforce Admin and broader Systems team to ensure CRM integrity and optimize workflows. Your responsibilities will include translating strategic go-to-market initiatives into actionable operational plans and process documentation. You will act as an operational liaison across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to execute revenue initiatives effectively. Additionally, you will identify areas of risk, inefficiency, or misalignment and proactively surface solutions to senior leadership.
