You have experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, ideally with a focus on surgical technologies. Your ability to cultivate deep relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders is essential, as you will guide surgeons and care teams through the adoption curve of innovative robotic therapies. You are committed to delivering a consistently positive customer experience and understand the importance of training and onboarding in maximizing procedural success.
Experience in the field of robotic surgery or minimally invasive procedures is a plus. Familiarity with account management strategies and a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape will set you apart.
