As an Air Operations Associate, you will execute end-to-end air shipments, starting from receiving bookings to coordinating with shippers, consignees, and agents. You will input data into the system to create shipment files, ensuring that all necessary documentation, such as Mawb and Hawbs, is completed accurately and on time. You will be responsible for filing AMS or submitting EDI as required, which is crucial for compliance and operational efficiency. Timely invoicing to clients will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all financial aspects of the shipments are handled promptly. You will work closely with internal teams to keep shipments on track and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process. Your role will be vital in driving efficiency, volume growth, and profitability for Flexport.
