What you'll do

As a Senior AI Deployment Architect at Celonis, you will be responsible for working directly with customers to understand their unique challenges and design innovative AI solutions that meet their needs. You will lead the deployment of these solutions, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the customers' existing processes. Your role will involve collaborating with other AI experts within the organization to develop standardized solutions that can be scaled across multiple clients.

You will engage in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, pitching the Celonis AI value proposition to potential customers and aligning our solutions with their AI strategies. Your technical expertise will be crucial in guiding customers through the implementation process, providing them with the support they need to successfully adopt and utilize our Process Intelligence platform.

In addition to working with customers, you will also collaborate with internal teams to refine our AI offerings and contribute to the development of best practices for deployment. Your insights and feedback will help shape the future of our AI solutions, ensuring they remain at the forefront of the industry.
