HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Revenue Manager to maximize profitable growth across the Retail channel and key accounts for Youfoodz. You'll focus on pricing strategy, trade spend, and promotional effectiveness. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in Revenue Management within the FMCG sector.
You have a minimum of 4 years dedicated experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, or Trade Spend Analytics within the FMCG sector, ideally on the supplier side. Your deep understanding of the FMCG market includes key channels such as grocery and convenience, along with insights into competitors and retail dynamics. You possess expertise in pricing strategy and promotional evaluation, enabling you to drive effective revenue management processes. Your analytical skills allow you to evaluate revenue performance drivers, identifying opportunities to improve gross margin and net revenue per unit. You are a strategic leader who can translate top-down financial goals into actionable plans, ensuring successful execution across the organization.
You have experience in developing and managing pack price architecture to maintain competitive positioning in trade. Your ability to lead price review planning and execution, including competitive benchmarking and internal P&L impact modeling, sets you apart. You are skilled in establishing clear ROI hurdles and tracking mechanisms for customer-specific trade activities, ensuring that promotional evaluations are data-driven and effective. Your collaborative approach allows you to work closely with cross-functional teams, driving the monthly and annual Revenue Management Planning process.

You will develop, implement, and manage the pack price architecture to maintain competitive and profitable positioning in trade. Your role will involve analyzing revenue performance drivers, including price, volume, and mix, to identify opportunities for improvement. You will lead the price review planning and execution, ensuring that competitive benchmarking and internal P&L impact modeling are effectively conducted. Additionally, you will own the promotional evaluation process, establishing clear ROI hurdles and tracking mechanisms for all customer-specific trade activities. You will drive the monthly and annual Revenue Management Planning process, translating top-down financial goals into bottom-up commercial execution plans. Evaluating the profitability and strategic direction of the product portfolio by channel, customer, and category will also be a key responsibility.
