What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on the MongoDB Query Execution Team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining execution algorithms that power our customers' critical workloads. You will contribute high-quality C++ code and participate in code reviews, providing and receiving feedback to ensure the best outcomes. Your role will involve identifying, designing, implementing, testing, and supporting new features related to query performance and robustness. You will also work on query language enhancements and diagnostics for query performance problems, integrating with other products and tools as necessary.

You will collaborate closely with your peers to deliver excellent technical solutions, ensuring that the MongoDB query engine remains fast and modular. Your contributions will directly impact the performance and reliability of our database systems, helping to meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
