Coupang is hiring a Staff Data Engineer to architect and develop data ingestion systems, data lakes, and data warehouses. You'll work with technologies like AWS, Apache Spark, and SQL to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
You have 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in building scalable data pipelines and architectures. Your expertise in AWS and Apache Spark allows you to design robust data ingestion systems that support various business needs. You are proficient in SQL and Python, enabling you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively. You understand the importance of data quality and governance, ensuring that the data you work with is reliable and accessible.
