NICE is hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and create a robust sales pipeline. You'll collaborate closely with Account Executives and utilize tailored messaging to engage prospects. This role is ideal for those looking to grow in sales and leadership.

In this role, you will generate new sales opportunities by leveraging the Target Account Framework to prospect new accounts within your designated territory. You will identify specific personas within the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for NiCE customers and add them to our Sales Engagement software, completing prospecting activities that lead to meaningful conversations. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to target the best accounts and prospects, ensuring that your efforts align with the overall sales strategy. Setting and achieving weekly and monthly goals will be a key part of your responsibilities, supported by coaching conversations with your manager. You will participate in frequent team meetings and training sessions, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
