Amazon is seeking a Senior FinOps Analyst to support its Global Financial Audit program. You'll partner with global teams to perform audits and drive improvements in financial processes. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in financial operations.
You have a strong background in financial operations, with experience in audit processes and a keen eye for detail. You view problems as treasures and enjoy diving deep to identify root causes and developing long-term, scalable solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with various teams is essential, as you will be validating findings and reducing defects in processes. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to support a global organization with significant opportunities for rapid growth.
Experience with Amazon's internal and third-party audit tools is a plus, as is familiarity with vendor management and dispute resolution. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
As a Senior FinOps Analyst, you will perform audit reviews across Amazon's financial systems, ensuring the highest degree of accuracy. You will manage vendor queries and disputes related to audit claims, identifying root causes and driving actions to closure. Your role will involve regular reporting on audit findings and defects, coordinating with various accounting and finance vertical teams to ensure that procedures and controls are routinely applied. You will partner with the Global Retail and Finance teams across geographies to support various analytical and audit needs, contributing to the overall success of Amazon's Internal Recoveries audits.
