Overview

Filigran is seeking an Engineering Manager for their OpenCTI team to lead and manage the team while collaborating closely with product management. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to team well-being.

Who you are

You have a strong background in engineering management, with a focus on team dynamics and employee satisfaction. You understand the importance of conducting regular one-on-ones and annual evaluations to help your team members achieve their career goals. You are proactive in monitoring the progress of ongoing tasks and ensuring that your team is aligned with the product roadmap. You are skilled at challenging product definitions and timelines to ensure that the team delivers the best features possible.

You are a collaborative leader who values the well-being of your team. You report to the Director of Engineering and work closely with other Engineering Managers to align practices and foster a positive team culture. You believe in the importance of creating an environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to contribute their best work.

You are committed to diversity and inclusion, understanding that a variety of backgrounds and experiences enrich the team and the work produced. You are open to different perspectives and encourage your team to bring their whole selves to work.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the OpenCTI team, ensuring that team members are happy and engaged. You will conduct regular one-on-ones and annual evaluations to support their career development. You will keep track of ongoing tasks and be accountable for the estimated timelines of all projects. You will work closely with the product team to prioritize the roadmap and ensure that the team is focused on delivering high-quality features.
