You report to the Director of Engineering and work closely with other Engineering Managers to align practices and foster a positive team culture. What you'll do

You will work closely with the product team to prioritize the roadmap and ensure that the team is focused on delivering high-quality features.

You will also be responsible for fostering a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration and open communication among team members. You will challenge product definitions and timelines, ensuring that the team has a clear understanding of expectations and objectives. Your leadership will help create an environment where team members feel supported and empowered to take ownership of their work.
