What you'll do

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Emburse, you will lead sourcing and closing strategies for 8–12 concurrent searches, often in undefined or evolving scenarios. You will be responsible for delivering results independently while fostering strong partnerships with hiring managers and teams. Your role will involve developing impactful recruiting programs that enhance the candidate experience and promote transparency throughout the hiring process. You will also influence hiring outcomes by leveraging your expertise and insights to guide decision-making. Collaboration with your team of dedicated TA professionals will be key to building a world-class recruiting function that aligns with Emburse's vision.
