Overview

Klaviyo is seeking a Lead Enablement Partner for their Enterprise Sales team to design and deliver a repeatable enablement strategy. This role requires collaboration with Sales Leadership and focuses on skill development and performance enhancement.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in enablement strategies, ideally with experience in enterprise sales environments. You understand the nuances of sales processes and have a proven track record of developing talent and driving performance across teams. Your ability to collaborate with senior leaders and act as a strategic partner is essential for success in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning, recognizing that diverse experiences contribute to a stronger team.

Desirable

Experience in a high-growth technology company is a plus, as is familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can navigate complex organizational structures to achieve your goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end enablement strategy for the Enterprise segment, ensuring that every representative has the skills, tools, and support needed to excel. You will work closely with Sales Leadership to design and implement training programs that elevate execution and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include assessing the current enablement landscape, identifying gaps, and developing targeted initiatives to address them. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Marketing, to ensure alignment and support for the enablement efforts.

You will be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and making data-driven decisions to refine and enhance the programs. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and gather feedback for ongoing improvements. You will also play a key role in mentoring and coaching sales representatives, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their targets.
