What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Talent Acquisition & Compensation team, you will lead efforts to innovate and streamline recruiting processes — your focus will be on developing tools that enhance the experience for both candidates and hiring teams. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure that the solutions you create meet the needs of the organization and its users.

You will oversee the development of compensation tools that help motivate and reward our Builders — your role will involve understanding the unique challenges faced by our community and translating those insights into effective product features. You will work with your team to implement best practices in software development, ensuring that the tools you create are robust, scalable, and user-friendly.

You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members — you will conduct regular one-on-ones to provide feedback, support career growth, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
