Wheely is seeking a Talent Sourcer to support recruitment efforts for tech and non-tech roles. You'll assist in candidate sourcing and database management in London. This role requires relevant experience in recruitment.
You have at least 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment, either at an agency or in-house, which has equipped you with the skills to search for candidates across various platforms. Your background may include relevant research experience, such as university studies, which adds to your understanding of the recruitment landscape. You possess self-discipline and a strong command of English, enabling you to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring teams. You are detail-oriented, ensuring that the candidate database remains organized and that hiring processes are followed correctly.
As a Talent Sourcer at Wheely, you will be responsible for searching for candidates for both tech and non-tech roles, including executive positions. You will utilize various sources such as LinkedIn and job boards to identify potential candidates. In addition to sourcing, you will assist recruiters with scheduling interviews and following up for feedback, ensuring a smooth hiring process. You will also maintain the candidate database in Greenhouse, keeping it neat and tidy while ensuring that hiring teams adhere to established guidelines. Your role will be crucial in helping Wheely build a world-class product by attracting the right talent.
