Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company like Carvana. You understand the importance of quality in your work and are committed to delivering exceptional results. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet customer expectations. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for priming vehicles and performing final sanding before the painting process begins. Your role will also include buffing, touch-up work, paint mixing, and using airbrush techniques to ensure a high-quality finish. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall customer experience by delivering vehicles that meet our quality standards. You will have the opportunity to participate in training programs that will help you develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
