What you'll do

As an Account Manager at FareHarbor, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring they are set up for success with our reservation software. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services. Regular check-ins with clients will be essential to maintain strong relationships and gather feedback on our products.
