What you'll do

As the Director, EMEA Controller, you will lead the accounting close process for all EMEA entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local statutory requirements and US GAAP. You will oversee financial reporting, including the preparation of statutory financial statements, and ensure that all financial operations align with the company's strategic goals. You will partner closely with global and regional teams in Finance, Legal, Tax, Product, and Engineering to facilitate seamless financial operations. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling Robinhood's international accounting function, driving finance transformation, and operational excellence across the region. You will also be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing regional team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
