Navan is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Associate Account Executive to lead a team driving complex sales cycles. This role requires 2+ years of experience in SaaS and team leadership.
You have 2+ years of progressive experience as an Account Executive in SaaS, demonstrating a strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to lead a team effectively. Your background includes experience in a team lead, pod lead, or manager role within an Enterprise sales organization, showcasing your capability to manage and develop high-performing sales teams. You are adept at coaching and providing real-time feedback to team members, ensuring they excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales Managers, Enablement, and Marketing. Your ability to track performance using CRM data and coaching tools enables you to provide actionable insights and recommendations for team members' promotion-readiness. You are passionate about developing clear criteria and success metrics for your team, ensuring they have a clear pathway for progression within the organization.
Experience in managing a team of sales professionals, particularly in the Enterprise sector, is highly desirable. Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and techniques will enhance your ability to drive team success. A strong understanding of the Enterprise sales playbook and the ability to adapt strategies based on market demands will set you apart in this role.
In this role, you will directly manage a team of 6-8 Enterprise Associate Account Executives, providing support and coaching throughout the sales process. You will engage in live call shadowing, offering real-time feedback to improve performance and conducting structured debriefs to enhance team effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include monitoring team performance using CRM data, tracking progress, and providing recommendations for promotion-readiness based on established criteria.
You will collaborate closely with the Enterprise Sales Regional Director to drive pipeline progression and revenue growth, ensuring that your team has the necessary tools, messaging, and collateral to succeed. Your role will involve liaising with various departments to facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that all team members are aligned and equipped to meet their sales targets.
Additionally, you will work with Sales Leadership to define and maintain clear criteria and milestones for EAAEs transitioning into more senior sales roles. This will involve developing a progression pathway that supports the growth and development of your team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and success.
Navan offers a competitive salary range of $176,000—$220,000 USD, reflecting the importance of this leadership role within our organization.
