Mark43 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Professional Services organization. You'll play a critical role in delivering software solutions that enhance public safety. This position is remote and open to candidates in various U.S. states, Canada, and the UK.
You have a strong background in project management, ideally with experience in public safety or related fields. You understand the importance of delivering software solutions that empower communities and improve quality of life. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. You have a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and timelines. In this role, you will report directly to the Vice President of the PMO team and be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Mark43’s software solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that projects align with their objectives. You will lead project planning sessions, coordinate resources, and manage timelines to ensure successful project execution. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns. You will also be responsible for identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. As a customer-facing role, you will represent Mark43 in meetings and presentations, showcasing the value of our solutions to potential clients.
