ZayZoon is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You have a strong background in lifecycle marketing, with experience in developing and executing strategies that drive customer engagement and retention. You are results-driven and customer-centric, understanding the importance of showcasing product value to users. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Analytics, and Creative, sets you apart. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make a significant impact on employee financial wellness.
Experience in the financial services or wellness industry is a plus. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
In this role, you will define and implement lifecycle marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention. You will analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for engagement, ensuring that ZayZoon's products resonate with SMB employees across North America. Collaborating closely with the Product Marketing team, you will develop campaigns that highlight the benefits of ZayZoon's financial wellness services. You will also work with the Analytics team to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly. Your role will involve creating engaging content that speaks to the needs of employees, helping them understand how ZayZoon can alleviate financial stress.
