As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in your territory. You will leverage your training to effectively communicate Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google, Amazon, Instagram, Meta, and Microsoft. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to help them succeed.
You will participate in 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training while on the job, ensuring you are well-equipped to meet your sales targets. You will have the opportunity to earn between $105,000-$115,000 in your first year, with the ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. In your second year, your on-target earnings can increase to between $115,000-$135,000.
You will also be involved in ongoing companywide support and training, allowing you to continuously improve your skills and performance. Your role will include recognizing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $54,000 along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will enjoy a hybrid work environment that allows for flexibility and work-life balance.
