dLocal is seeking an AI Team Leader to oversee the adoption and operation of AI systems across the company. You'll work with leading AI services from providers like AWS and OpenAI. This role requires a strong technical understanding of AI systems and leadership experience.
You have a strong technical background in artificial intelligence and have led teams in the adoption and operation of AI systems. Your experience includes working with large language models and ensuring their reliability and scalability in real-world applications. You are customer-centric and understand the importance of making AI solutions genuinely useful for end-users. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with both business and technical teams to drive the successful implementation of AI technologies. You are adaptable and enjoy the challenge of evolving AI systems to meet the needs of a dynamic organization. Experience with third-party AI services and a deep understanding of their operational requirements is a plus.
