Five9 is seeking a Senior Technical Content Developer to lead the creation of product documentation and customer training content. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to enhance user adoption of software products. This role requires strong technical writing and instructional design skills.
You have extensive experience in technical writing and instructional design, ideally with a focus on software or SaaS products. Your background includes developing user guides, API documentation, and eLearning content that empowers users to effectively engage with technology. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure content aligns with user needs and business goals. You are also skilled in mentoring junior writers and instructional designers, providing them with the guidance they need to excel in their roles. Your attention to detail ensures that all documentation adheres to established standards and best practices, resulting in high-quality deliverables that enhance the customer experience.
Experience with content strategy and leadership is a plus, as you will be responsible for defining and implementing style guides and standards for technical writing. Familiarity with tools such as Markdown and eLearning platforms will help you create engaging and informative content that resonates with users. You understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and are committed to fostering an environment where all team members can thrive.
In this role, you will lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and knowledge base articles.
