You have a strong background in operations, ideally with experience in managing platform services for international clients. Your ability to design scalable workflows and optimize processes is complemented by your customer-facing skills, allowing you to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs. You are a natural leader, capable of guiding junior teammates and fostering a collaborative environment.
