What you'll do

As a Staff Engineer on Ridgeline’s Order Generation team, you will be at the forefront of developing our Trade Order Management solution, a critical component of our industry-first cloud platform for investment management. You will design and build robust, scalable components that enhance the functionality and performance of our product. Your hands-on contributions will directly influence the design and implementation of foundational features, ensuring they meet the needs of our users.

You will collaborate closely with product and design teams, participating in discussions that shape the direction of our product. Your insights and expertise will guide the team in making informed decisions that drive innovation and improve user experience. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their careers.
