Klaviyo is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to lead the systems and processes that drive their go-to-market strategies. You'll work closely with Sales Ops and RevOps, leveraging automation and AI to optimize marketing operations. This role requires strong experience in marketing technology and data management.
You have extensive experience in marketing operations, ideally with a focus on enterprise sales-led and product-led growth strategies. Your background includes a deep understanding of marketing technology stacks and how to leverage them for maximum impact. You are skilled in data analysis and can ensure clean data flows throughout the marketing lifecycle. You thrive in complex environments and can balance strategic thinking with operational execution. You have a proven track record of optimizing processes and improving efficiency in marketing operations. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales Ops and RevOps, to design scalable solutions that drive business growth.
Experience with automation tools and AI applications in marketing is a plus. Familiarity with lead scoring, routing, and account progression processes will help you excel in this role. You are a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of a multi-motion go-to-market engine and drive measurable results.
In this role, you will own and optimize the end-to-end lead, account, and PQL lifecycle across various go-to-market motions. You will design and implement scalable funnel and handoff processes in partnership with Sales Ops and RevOps, ensuring that marketing efforts align with sales strategies. You will serve as the strategic owner of the marketing automation platform, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization and drives efficiency. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to inform decision-making and improve prioritization in marketing initiatives. You will lead efforts to apply automation and AI to enhance marketing operations, making processes more efficient and effective. You will also be responsible for measuring the impact of marketing activities from first touch through expansion, ensuring that all efforts contribute to the overall business objectives.
