Desirable

Experience in the dental industry or familiarity with digital dentistry tools is a plus. You may have a background in customer success or account management, which has equipped you with the skills to foster long-term relationships with clients. A willingness to travel for in-practice training and support is essential, as you will be engaging with practices both virtually and on-site.

What you'll do

As a Launch Trainer at Dandy, you will lead new dental practices through our comprehensive onboarding program, ensuring they ramp up quickly and effectively. You will deliver engaging training sessions that are tailored to the learning styles and structures of each practice, both virtually and in-person. Your role will involve demonstrating best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows, providing hands-on coaching during live sessions. You will also be responsible for building credibility and trust with clients, helping them to adopt new technologies and workflows successfully.

In addition to initial onboarding, you will continue to coach practices on scan quality, ordering workflows, and feature adoption to ensure their long-term success. You will track the progress of each practice and provide ongoing support to address any challenges they may face. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to driving measurable outcomes for our clients.
