Your expertise in navigating complex regulatory frameworks allows you to effectively support the organization in meeting its governance obligations. You are a great communicator, solid project manager, and able to effectively prioritize in a changing environment. You possess a strong work ethic and a passionate commitment to Stripe, demonstrating excitement about the role and a willingness to go the extra mile.

Desirable

Experience in fintech or another fast-growing global technology company is preferred, along with familiarity with existing global ESG regulatory requirements. You understand the nuances of corporate governance in an international context and are eager to contribute to a culture of ethical leadership.

What you'll do

As an International Corporate Governance Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating effective board and committee meetings, empowering leaders to make informed decisions that drive sustainable growth. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to enhance Stripe's governance framework, ensuring that the company operates with integrity as it expands its international presence. Your responsibilities will include advising on regulatory compliance, supporting the development of governance policies, and championing best practices across the organization. You will also be involved in training and educating team members on governance matters, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
